These Terms apply to your use of Parkcast (the "App").

These Terms are additional notices for the App and do not replace Apple's Standard EULA. If these Terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA or mandatory consumer law, the Standard EULA and applicable law apply.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store terms and policies.
Premium access is provided while Apple reports an active entitlement for the relevant subscription or purchase.
Parking Data and Navigation
The App displays parking facility information, availability, predictions, routes, travel times, and related information using third-party data and services, including Fintraffic and Apple location/map services.
Parking availability, predictions, facility details, routes, travel times, and other information may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable. You should always check road signs, parking rules, local restrictions, facility information, and real-world conditions before parking or driving.
The App is provided as an informational aid only. It is not an emergency service, traffic safety system, or autonomous navigation system.
Do not interact with the App while driving. Always obey traffic laws and use your own judgment.
Third-Party Services
The App depends on third-party services, data providers, networks, map services, routing services, and external navigation apps that we do not control.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, operation, or content of third-party services, including parking data providers, map providers, routing services, or external navigation apps.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App and its information are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not allowed by applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.
